Here are clear answers to the questions most students ask before joining:
1️⃣ Are the classes online or offline?
✔️ All classes are completely online.
2️⃣ Are classes conducted daily?
✔️ Yes. Monday to Friday.
3️⃣ How do I enrol?
✔️ Select your batch → Make payment → Share screenshot + your address + email ID.
Hard-copy books [India] or soft copies [outside India] will be sent. Class link is shared via email.
4️⃣ Payment options?
✔️ UPI [PhonePe] or Bank Transfer.
5️⃣ Is EMI or instalment available?
❌ No EMI.
6️⃣ Class duration?
✔️ 1 hour live class daily + 2 hours homework.
7️⃣ Do I need to purchase study material?
❌ No.
✔️ Materials are included. Hard copies to all Indian addresses. Soft copies for students abroad.
8️⃣ If I miss the class, will I get a recording?
✔️ Not recorded by default. If informed in advance, we record that session. Recording available for 7 days.
9️⃣ Do you provide certificates?
✔️ Yes, a course completion certificate.
⚠️ Embassy accepts only Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD certificates.
🔟 Can I change my batch mid-course?
❌ Not allowed during the level.
✔️ Combo students can switch batches at the next level.
