German Language School – Cancellations & Refunds Policy
- General Policy
At German Language School, we maintain strict policies to ensure discipline, smooth operations, and fair treatment for all students. By enrolling in any of our language courses, students acknowledge and agree to the terms listed below.
- Fee Payment
- All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
- Fee once paid is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations
- Students who voluntarily withdraw, discontinue, or are unable to continue the course for any reason (personal, academic, professional, medical, or otherwise) are not eligible for cancellation or fee refund.
- The institute does not accept requests for partial refunds or adjustments.
- Batch Allocation & Rescheduling
- Students are allotted a specific batch based on availability at the time of admission.
- Batch timings cannot be changed or rescheduled once the student has been allotted a slot.
- Shifting to another batch, time, or instructor is not permitted under any circumstances.
- Absenteeism
- If a student misses classes due to personal commitments, illness, travel, or any other reason, the institute will not provide compensatory classes, rescheduling, or fee adjustments.
- If you are unable to attend a class, you must inform us in advance so that the session can be recorded for you. Recorded sessions will be available for one week and will be automatically deleted thereafter. Students are responsible for viewing the recordings before they expire. Please note that recording access will be provided only once.
- Course Completion
- It is the student’s responsibility to attend classes regularly and complete the course within the scheduled duration.
- Extensions, repeat classes, or extra sessions will not be provided without additional fees.
- Disciplinary Actions
- Students violating institute policies, creating disruptions, or exhibiting inappropriate behaviour may be dismissed from the course.
- In such cases, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
- Agreement
By paying the fee and enrolling in any course at German Language School, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
